Workshop Terms and Liability Waiver

Workshops and scent bar experiences are offered and operated by Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC.

At Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC, our workshops are designed to be thoughtful, calming, and creative experiences using pure essential oils, botanical ingredients, and aromatherapy practices intended to support a positive and enjoyable environment.

By purchasing tickets, booking a private event, or participating in any Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


Participation and Personal Responsibility

Participation in Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC workshops is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout the experience.

Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC workshops involve the use of essential oils, carrier oils, dried botanicals, and aromatherapy. While these ingredients are natural, individuals may experience sensitivities, allergic reactions, or other responses.

By participating, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities
  • You will use ingredients carefully and at your own discretion
  • You understand that individual reactions to essential oils and botanicals may vary

Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC recommends patch testing before applying any blend to the skin.


Aromatherapy and Emotional Responses

Aromatherapy can sometimes evoke emotional memories, feelings, or personal experiences. Certain scents may bring forward unexpected emotional responses, including memories related to stress, grief, trauma, or past experiences.

By participating in a Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC workshop, you acknowledge that:

  • Aromatherapy experiences may vary from person to person
  • Emotional or psychological responses to scent are possible
  • You are participating voluntarily and may step away at any time

Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC is not responsible for any emotional or psychological responses that may arise during or after participation.


Health Disclaimer

Workshops are for educational and experiential purposes only.
Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Products created during workshops are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are under medical care, please consult with your healthcare provider before using essential oils.


Use of Products Created During Workshop

Participants are responsible for their own custom blends created during the workshop. Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC are not responsible for:

  • Skin sensitivities
  • Allergic reactions
  • Misuse of products
  • Use of products after the event

Participants assume full responsibility for use of their custom blends.


Photography and Media Release

Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC may photograph or capture video during workshops, scent bars, and events for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

By attending a workshop, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Photos or videos may be taken during the event
  • These images may be used on Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC website, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content
  • No compensation will be provided for use of images

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC prior to or during the event, and we will respectfully accommodate your request whenever possible.


Assumption of Risk

By participating in a Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC workshop, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

  • Exposure to essential oils and botanical ingredients
  • Emotional or sensory responses
  • Accidental spills or contact with materials

You agree to release and hold harmless Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and event partners from any liability related to participation.


Agreement

By purchasing tickets, submitting payment, or participating in a Third Sun Wellness Studio LLC workshop, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Liability Waiver
  • You voluntarily agree to participate
  • You accept personal responsibility for your participation
