Sensory experiences that bring people together through scent, craft, and connection. Choose to make a custom essential oil roll-on, a custom candle, or both. No experience needed, and everything you create is completely your own.

Perfect for team events, resident gatherings, client appreciation, showers, birthdays, and community events.

Roll-on Workshop: $25 per guest
Blend one custom 10 ml aromatherapy roll-on for everyday wear and natural perfume.

Candle Workshop: $45 per guest
Blend your own scent and hand pour it into a custom 8 oz soy wax candle.

Roll-on + Candle: $60 per guest
Make both and leave with two one of a kind creations. (One 10 ml roll-on & one 8 oz candle.)

Every workshop uses our curated collection of 12 pure essential oils for you to build your own custom scent blend.

Private Workshop

Group of 6 to 20 guests

A guided, relaxed workshop led by Abby. Learn how top, middle, and base notes come together, explore the aromatic qualities of each oil, and create your blend step by step.

Duration: about 1 hour 

 

 

The Scent Bar

Events and large groups of 20 +

A flowing, interactive experience where guests come and go at their own pace. Ideal for markets, conventions, corporate events, and community gatherings. Offer pre-booked tickets, in-person payment at the bar, or both.

Hosting a team, company, or community?
Treat your guests to a hosted Scent Bar. You pay one flat rate, everyone makes a custom roll-on at no cost to them, and we bring the supplies, staff, setup, and cleanup. Ideal for groups of 50 to 200+. Request a custom quote through the contact form.

 

 

How It Works

  1. Fill out the contact form with your date, group size, and what you’d like to make.
  2. Abby follows up within 1 to 2 business days to confirm details and availability.
  3. We bring everything to you. Just arrive ready to create.

 

Where We Come To You

Workshops are hosted at your home, venue, office, or event space anywhere in the Austin area. A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 60 mile radius, with details confirmed at booking.

FAQ

Is there a minimum group size?
Private workshops require a minimum of 6 guests. The Scent Bar is designed for groups of 20 or more. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Do I need experience?
Not at all. Every workshop is beginner friendly and guided step by step.

Are the ingredients natural and non toxic?
Yes. Roll-ons are made with botanical, vegan, non toxic ingredients, 100% pure essential oils, and gentle organic carrier oils. Candles are made with soy wax, cotton wicks, and 100% pure essential oils. 

When can I take my candle home?
Candles are ready to travel 30 minutes after pouring, once the top has solidified. They need 24 hours to fully cure before burning.

Can workshops be customized for my event?
Yes. We can adjust the experience to fit the energy and flow of your event or retreat.

What should guests bring?
Nothing. All materials are provided.


Workshop Participation Notice

Essential oils are natural and plant based, but individual sensitivities can occur. Photography may be taken during workshops for educational and marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at the event.
